Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups white flour (or whole wheat pastry flour)
- ¾ cups cornmeal
- 1/3 c. sugar or ½ cup molasses
- 2 t. baking powder
- ½ t. salt
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1½ tsp. Ener G Egg Replacer mixed into 2 T. water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix. Pour into greased 8 x 8 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
