Lenten chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ c. flour (I usually add a little more when I make them)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 c. Imperial margarine
- ¾ c. white sugar
- ¾ c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. vegan chocolate chips
Directions
- Set oven to 375 degrees
- Mix dry ingredients—set aside
- Mix sugars, margarine (I microwave it for 30sec-1minute so its soft and mixable), and vanilla in large bowl
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture (if batter is too dry, add a little rice milk or water)
- Mix in chocolate chips
- Bake for 9-11 minutes
