Angel hair pasta with shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 chili pepper
- angel hair pasta
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb Shrimp
- white wine
- 1 tomato
- 1 shallot
- fresh basil
- 1 lemon, zest and the juice
Directions
- Chili pepper chopped cut in half and then thin slices of each half
- Angel hair pasta cook up in boiling water
- Olive oil in hot pan add chili pepper and minced garlic saute nicely
- Shrimp in with garlic and chili, add white wine and reduce
- Dice up tomato, chopped up shallot put in pan
- Roll up basil like a cigar and chop put half in pan
- Drain pasta drizzle with olive oil and the zest of the lemon
- Pasta in shrimp with sauce. Sprinkle rest of basil on top with a squeeze of lemon
