Boston baked beans

Ingredients

  • 3-5 cups cooked white beans and a little of their liquid
  • 1-1/2 T. olive oil
  • 1 med. Onion, chopped
  • 2-4 T. soy sauce
  • 1 T. mustard
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • sale and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onion in oil. Mix with all other ingredients. Place in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
